For clients who wish to bid on Chinese Painting and Calligraphy, are required to deposit RMB ONE MILLION (RMB1,000,000) and obtain a  shape paddle. The  shaped paddle is also valid for bidding on auction lots of other categories.

In the payment of any purchase made by the Buyer during the China Guardian 2012 Autumn Auctions, before and up to and including Nov. 15, 2012, the Buyer’s commission will be charged at 13.5% of the Hammer Price. From Nov. 16 and up to and including Nov. 30, 2012, the Buyer’s commission will be charged at 14% of the Hammer Price. The commission discount policy ends by the close of business on Nov. 30, 2012. Any deduction between the Buyer’s payment and the Seller’s payment shall not apply to this policy. The Buyers are to make full payment to collect the auction lots.

Please note the following information regarding the sale of Jade and Treasures from the Scholar’s Studio for China Guardian’s 2012 Autumn Auctions:

1. Lot 4139：A Zitan rectangular box and cover, the date should be Qing dynasty.

2. Lot 4174 ：A Zitan box and cover, its estimate price should be RMB 380,000-580,000.

3. The following lots are permitted to be exported: Lot 4056, Lot 4105, Lot 4173.
