On August 15 the “Olympex: the Olympic Expo Beijing 2008 · China Guardian Auction” the hammer fell at the Beijing Exhibition Hall，“Passing the Splendor”with more than 100 Olympic commemorative items, stamps and coins from collections—Olympic sport themed works of art, stamps and memorabilia were all put up for auction.
